All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while ensuring each item is carefully prepared.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Flat Rate):
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- A flat shipping fee applies regardless of order size or weight
Express Shipping:
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are charged on a flat-rate basis. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We offer international shipping from the UK to selected destinations.
International orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other local charges may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to predict or control these charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
7. Shipping Restrictions
